Melody Ranch Museum

The Melody Ranch Museum made its debut in the Spring of 2001, during the Cowboy Poetry & Music Festival. This Hollywood haven houses one of the world's largest collections of one-of-a-kind movie memorabilia from the last nine decades. The Museum, located on the 22 acre movie studio lot, offers silver-screen fans an opportunity to experience movie sets in the old west, military camps, 1930s gangster settings, never-before-seen photos from movie and television shoots, vintage cars, military tanks and original props.

The Museum will give you a sneak peek at backstage Hollywood. See the actual moving backdrop used in the IMAX movie, “Twang”, featuring the "Riders in the sky." (Pictured right) The 1920s style movie scene was filmed on Main Street at Melody Ranch with stationary horses and a moving background.
